We strive to provide fair and transparent policies while maintaining sustainable business operations. Different cancellation terms may apply depending on the reservation type, rate plan, and booking period.

2. Standard Reservations

For standard flexible rate reservations, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellation 48+ Hours Before Check-in

Full refund of any deposit paid.

No cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellation 24-48 Hours Before Check-in

50% of the total reservation amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before Check-in

100% of the first night's stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

All times are based on the hotel's local time zone (UTC time zone).

3. Non-Refundable Rates

Non-refundable rates offer discounted prices in exchange for waiving cancellation rights:

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
  • These reservations cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded regardless of the cancellation date.
  • The full amount will be charged even if you do not arrive (no-show).
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for non-refundable bookings.

Note: Non-refundable reservations are clearly marked as such during the booking process. Please ensure you understand the terms before confirming such reservations.

4. Group Bookings

Group bookings, defined as 5 or more rooms, are subject to special cancellation terms:

5. Special Events Period

During designated special event periods (major holidays, local festivals, conferences, etc.), the following stricter cancellation policy applies to all reservations:

  • Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount is required at booking.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days before arrival.
  • Cancellation:
    • Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded
    • Cancellations made 15-29 days before arrival: No refund of deposit, no additional charges
    • Cancellations made 0-14 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation value will be charged

Special event periods will be clearly identified during the booking process. Please contact our reservations team for specific dates designated as special event periods.

6. Extended Stays

Extended stays (7 nights or more) have the following cancellation terms:

  • Cancellation 14+ days before arrival: Full refund of any deposit paid
  • Cancellation 7-13 days before arrival: 25% of the total reservation amount will be charged
  • Cancellation 3-6 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged
  • Cancellation 0-2 days before arrival: 100% of the first week's stay will be charged

For stays of 30 nights or longer, please contact our reservations department directly as custom terms may apply.

7. Reservation Modifications

Modification requests are subject to availability and rate changes:

  • Date Changes: Requests to change dates are treated as a cancellation of the original reservation and creation of a new reservation. The cancellation policy of the original booking applies.
  • Shortening Stay: Reducing the length of stay less than 48 hours before arrival is subject to the same fees as cancellation for the nights removed.
  • Extending Stay: Requests to extend your stay are subject to availability and may be at a different rate than your original reservation.
  • Room Upgrades/Downgrades: Changes in room type are subject to availability and applicable rate differences.

All modification requests should be made directly with the hotel reservations department or through the same channel used for the original booking.

8. No-Show Policy

A "no-show" occurs when a guest fails to check-in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notification:

  • For standard rate reservations, a no-show will result in a charge equal to 100% of the first night's stay, and the remaining nights of the reservation will be cancelled.
  • For non-refundable rate reservations, the entire stay will be charged with no refund.
  • For guaranteed reservations held with a credit card, the first night's room and tax will be charged to the card provided.

If you anticipate a late arrival (after 6:00 PM), please notify the hotel in advance to hold your reservation.

9. Early Departure

In the event of early departure (checking out before your scheduled departure date):

  • An early departure fee equivalent to one night's stay may apply if notice is not given at least 24 hours in advance.
  • For non-refundable rates, no refund will be provided for unused nights.
  • For prepaid packages or special promotions, additional restrictions may apply as specified in the rate details.

We recommend informing the front desk as soon as possible if you need to depart earlier than planned.

10. Special Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may affect travel plans. In certain situations, cancellation fees may be waived or reduced:

  • Medical Emergencies: With appropriate documentation (e.g., doctor's note, hospital admission records), we may waive cancellation fees.
  • Bereavement: In the event of a death in the immediate family, we may waive cancellation fees with appropriate documentation.
  • Natural Disasters: If a natural disaster or severe weather event prevents travel to our hotel, we will work with affected guests on a case-by-case basis.
  • Government Travel Advisories: If an official government travel advisory recommends against travel to our area, we may offer flexible rebooking options.

Supporting documentation will be required in all cases. These exceptions are at the discretion of hotel management and evaluated on an individual basis.
