Welcome to Malpreno Luxury Hotel. These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and stay at our hotel. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms in full. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
Malpreno Luxury Hotel reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time of your booking will apply to your reservation.
In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Malpreno Luxury Hotel and its representatives. "You" and "your" refer to the guest making the reservation and/or staying at the hotel.
2.1. To confirm a reservation, you must provide valid credit card details and may be required to make a deposit or prepayment, depending on the room rate selected.
2.2. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
2.3. Special requests (such as specific room locations, bedding configurations, etc.) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed, though we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate such requests.
2.4. We reserve the right to refuse any booking for any reason.
3.1. Standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM local time. Check-out time is by 12:00 PM local time.
3.2. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to room availability on the day.
3.3. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for the booking upon check-in.
3.4. We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card at check-in for the total accommodation cost plus an additional amount for incidentals.
4.1. All rates are quoted in the local currency and are per room per night, unless otherwise specified.
4.2. Rates include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4.3. Additional services and amenities (such as room service, minibar, spa services, etc.) are not included in the room rate unless specifically stated and will be charged separately.
4.4. We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
4.5. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full upon check-out.
5.1. Cancellation policies vary depending on the room rate selected. Please refer to your specific booking terms for details.
5.2. Standard cancellation policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time will receive a full refund.
5.3. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in, as well as no-shows, may result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
5.4. For special event periods, peak seasons, or group bookings, different cancellation terms may apply.

6.1. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner respectful of other guests, staff, and hotel property.
6.2. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or damage to hotel property may result in the termination of your stay without refund and potential liability for damages.
6.3. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in non-designated areas.
6.4. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly rooms and are subject to a pet fee. Service animals are exempt from this restriction.
7.1. Malpreno Luxury Hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left in guest rooms or public areas of the hotel.
7.2. Valuables should be stored in the in-room safe or at the front desk safety deposit boxes.
7.3. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Malpreno Luxury Hotel from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or any damage caused by you to hotel property.
8.1. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2. By making a reservation, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
9.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
9.2. The latest version will be available on our website.
9.3. For existing bookings, the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of booking will apply.
10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Malpreno Luxury Hotel is located.
10.2. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in said jurisdiction.
